- Tanihara Shosuke stars in a drama series by a commercial broadcaster for the first time! He plays a highly capable detective who struggles to balance work and his family of three children. Honda Miyu, a promising figure skater and also an actress, plays his daughter in the drama that depicts various topics of investigations and family. Sugiyama and Nagamine start investigating the murder of a hockshop owner. Even though Tomabechi from Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department is impressed with their performance, the main suspect escapes during the investigation. Meanwhile, Sugiyama rushes to hospital to visit his ailing wife as her condition suddenly deteriorates. When he arrives, however, he finds his mother in law - Yoshie taking his three children because of distrust of Sugiyama.
